How can I produce a Differential interferogram (DInSAR) with NEST (NEXT ESA SAR Toolbox) Software?

I need to generate a DInSAR to study the surface displacement

In NEST, It is required to create first two pairs:

1. TOPO pair

2. DEFO pair

The information mentioned in the user manual is not enough

I need help for this steps in the software
