Hi Heba H. Abouseadaa , You need to dry out the seed with %M below 12% in case of Rice. Moreover, need to set up AC and dehumidifier in the store house. Then you can preserve seeds in good ways.

Dry the seeds then fast freeze to minus 18 degrees Celcius in sealed boxes with no moisture :)
