How can I prepared a 0.025 % Bromothymol blue ethanol solution?

I need to analyze the gelling consistency of a rice flour sample. According to the method I followed, I need a 0.025% Bromothymol blue ethanol solution. I only have Bromothymol powder. Please assist me with proper steps for making this solution.
