GO must be dispersed in EtOH and H2O to obtain a homogeneous solution. Then, P25 must be added in this solution and sonicate vigorously. The obtained suspension must be stirred for 1 hour until the homogenized suspension was obtained.

Thanks for your favorable reply. Please, May the bad sonicator cause P25/GO with a reduced activity than P25 itself. I do not know if i can use probe sonicator to make a homogenous solution of P25/GO after mixing or it does not matter.
