How can I found out the velocity vs time graph if i have given velocity to object using software i.e we know the velocity given to object but i would like to know that how much time is required for acceleration and deceleration for that object
Note:I don't know mass of the body
Can any one suggest any software for such type of analysis ?
Expected output:
If you have the video, the time (or long) of the video and the frame rate you can calculate the displacement of your object in each frame, with your frame rate you could calculate the time and as velocity is d/t you will get this value, for the acceleration you could use the same trick
If you have multiple objects in your video I strongly suggest you to use a program with piv analysis (or particle image velocimetry)
If not you could use matlab to do the trick (cause it could break your videos in frames and then you could use a code with a “for” to get your displacements and velocity sweep in all your images)
