How can I Perform NMR analysis of Haemolymph without using D2O as a solvent?
I am afraid that any solvent but water might bust the sample. But I am curious myself ...
You can try with other NMR solvents like benzene, choloroform, DMSO, methanol.
As most of the studies used D2O , there is a possibility of the haemolymph getting damaged
Hallo,
Potentially you can also use H2O with a proper water suppression Pulse sequence. If your signals does not overlab with the water signal too much.
