I want to determine the simulated RF energy harvesting efficiency of a 5x5 unit cell metasurface, using this equation; ----------- Efficiency (n) = Pd/Pin

The metasurface RF energy harvester is designed using the CST microwave studio.

Now my questions are,

1. How can I obtain the input power (Pin), which is the real power available on the footprint of the 5x5 unit cells metasurface harvester in Watts, using the Poynting vector?

2. How can I obtain the Pd, which is the power delivered to the load resistor of each unit cell.

Knowing how to obtain these two quantities will enable to calculate the simulated energy harvesting efficiency of the metasurface harvester.
