how can I obtain the glow curve data from TLD system 4500, to plot the graph in an excel/Origin sheet. OR How to obtain the data to plot the graph in temperature vs TL intensity (XY) plot in excel or origin.

You can find in the attachment an excel file that helps you to extract the x-axis (temperature) and y-axis (current intensity). However, the temp. values in column (A) is not accurate, you should use the following equation to calculate these values accurately
Ax = Ax-1 + (Tf - Ti)/199.
except for the first temp. is the initial temp in your TTP.
where
(Ax) is temp. at cell (x) at column (A), (Ax-1) is temp. at cell (x-1) at column (A) and (Tf) and (Ti) is the final and initial temperature in TTP, respectively.
Pay attention: you should save the sample glow curve as tld file, not asc file.
