This is the outcome once i have analysed the results based on L9 experiment with 3 levels and 4 factors. I have calculated the % contribution and it is found that A and C have the highest contribution. But i need to find P value. Sir please suggest a possbile way.
I'm not very familiar with Taguchi designs. The following appears to mirror your case precisely, and may provide the answer: https://elsmar.com/elsmarqualityforum/threads/f-and-p-value-in-l9-taguchi-design.66227/
In any case, it appears that you don't have sufficient sample size for the model you are trying to run. (Hence, residual error = 0).

For 3 levels and 4 factors, since the degrees of freedom are insufficient, you should exclude the least effective parameter from the analysis. As Adnan Mustafic answered above.
