Dear All,
I am using SAW on LiNbO3, I put the water droplet with suspended particles inside. but when I use microscpe to see suspended particles.
Under light microscope, I cannot see the particles clearly, it is so blur.
what should I do ?

Why do not you try using another detection system, for example a spectrofluorometer in which you can monitor the light scattering by nanoparticles? Previously you should make a synchronous spectrum of the nanoparticles suspension to select the appropriate wavelength.

If the particles are over 1 or 2 micron size then you can maybe put another glass plate over the drop. Using for example tape you can make a little gap between one plate and the other so you don't crash your particles. This way if they are big enough they would be in the same plane.
If the particles are under that sizes your optical microscope will not be really useful... You would be working round the visible light wave length. In this case I would propose to use DLS (dynamic light scattering).
which size would you expect?
