Thanks for beautiful suggestion. but which kind of amine moieties( or polymer) should i use so that this nano particle can cross BBB. because i thought surface modification in order to make nano particles more effective in crossing BBB.

Dear Mehulkumar, why don't you try more simple techniques. polysorbate surfactants (Tweens) prove to penetrate BBB. you can use layer by layer techniques to modify your nanparticle surface. we prepared Niosomes composed of of Tween 60 niosomes and prove to penetrate the BBB. you can refer to our article " Formulation, characterization and pharmacokinetics of Morin hydrate niosomes prepared from various non-ionic surfactants".
General rule to any substance even polymers to cross BBB should not be charged at all that's mean try to select polymer which is biodegradable polymer non ionized.
Using BBB-membrane-specific penetrating agents like peptides or proteins ( Transferrin could be a good choice). Unspecific modifications, including positive or neutral chargeing, polymer functioalization, usually do not work.
