Am finding difficulties in modelling a different type of soils such as (clay , silt , and sand ). in explicit dynamics for doing an analysis for soil blade interference , the only material found is sand ,and for soil there is no stiffness of equation of state .can anybody help me ?

In ANSYS the soil can be modeled using Drucker - Prager model and also using Mohr - Coulomb model..i think this software does in have Mohr - Coulomb but Drucker - Prager can be used to simulate soils. also the interface element can be used to simulate the joint ..I recommend you to read ANSYS software manual for further understanding..all the best..
