first I want to know what theory use in ABAQUS for porous media and what book I can use to learn the issue and parameters?
second how can I model a saturated porous media in ABAQUS?
when use blow parameters:
use porous elastic ....?
pore fluid-permeability ...?
predefined field-initial-other-void ratio-void pressure and saturation?

See the attached input file in which a geotechnical analysis with C3D8P, C3D8RP, C3D8PH and C3D8RPH elements is performed. In this file, elastic parameters for porous materials, as well as permeability for pore fluid flow involving porous media are specified. The file can be retrieved from the Abaqus Documentation.
