in a engineering problem i want to simulate the airflow through a dust collector. Does anyone know a solution how i can bring a pressure- massflow curve to a patch in OpenFoam to simulate the airflow between a lot filter elements in this structure without simulating the filter itself?

Actually my idea was to use a pressure - mass flow - curve on the surface geometry of the filter. Is this something I can do with the porous media?
The standard porous media solvers in OF include the Darcy-Forchheimer law for modeling flow resistance. You can also try to add your own custom model, e.g. as source term in the momentum transport equation.
