Hello All,

I am trying to test the performance of a motor(CMP80M - Sew Eurodrive - PMSM) as a generator in case of a Wind Turbine system. I have already implemented the dq equations of a PMSG for this case as the first step in a simulink model.

My questions from here:

1) I tried to implement the data of the motor(CMP80M) into the simulink model without the control part. But, I get a very low speed from the beginning. How to tackle this speed issue?

PS: There is no aerodynamic part of the wind turbine for this model. Input for the model is a constant aerodynamic torque(assumption) as of now. Once the model is alright, the same is about to be tested with different values of aerodynamic torque.

So, does anyone have experience with such a PMSG simulink model?

Ideas and advises on this topic are welcome and would be really helpful.
