I want to perform analysis on a concrete beam subjected to static load at centre of beam. How can I model steel concrete interaction? How can I model a perfect bond?
You can model reinforcement bars as link or beam elements with nodes connected directly to solid elements simulating concrete or indirectly using springs
Can you describe more because there are different ways to build this model. If you want to build your model in Workbench there is only possible way to do that by drawing your model 3D and then do mesh because workbench will connect the bodies full bond automatically.

JUST USE THE OPTION "REINFORCEMENT" in the model type .
Geometry>rebars>details(click on any of the rebar element)>model type>reinforcement
when you use spaceclaim to generate the geometry, use Line sketch tool to draw the rebar and user Prepare menu to define its Profile. Edit the profile dimension according to your design. When the geometry is imported in the model, you can select all Beams from the Geometry, in the details select Modal Type: Reinforcement.
