What are the nanoparticles and in what form (solid, colloidal suspension)?  Take a look at the following for a general overview:

You are between a rock and a hard place. Your particles are fused sub- and post micron sized.  Only suggestion I can make is to heat the adhesive to reduce the viscosity.  The best route is to try to get your powder into suspension form with an appropriate solvent - you say EtOH doesn't work.  Is there something else which is compatible? 

To quote Jim Adair:

'If the particles are agglomerated and sub-micron it may be impossible to adequately disperse the particles……The energy barrier to redispersion is greater if the particles have been dried.  Therefore the primary particles must remain dispersed in water….'

Hello Pouyan,

I assume that you are using the most common epoxide resin from Araldite. Epoxy resins are quite soluble in propylene oxide (carcinogenic and must be avoided), you can replace PO with absolute ethanol or acetone and the results should be just fine. Remember to mix your alcoholic solution to the epoxi resin before you add in the catalyst.

I think mechanical mixing by a mini mixer is applicable.

SEM pictures do not show agglomeration of nano particles.
