There is some evidence that mindfulness interventions have a positive impact on the tendency to discriminate. I am interested in the (maybe subconscious) tendendy to discriminate against people of age.

I intend to conduct one study where we correlate trait-mindfulness with the tendency to discriminate against elder people, and another, where there is a mindfulness intervention with pre/post-measurement of the tendency to discriminate against elder people. Our subject will most likely be managers and HR-recruiters (not just studends).

Are there any scale(s) that would measure that?

Is implicit association testing a good and viable idea?

What other procedure do you suggest?
