Impedance spectroscopy can be used to find out a carrier life time and Mott-Gurney law can be used to calculate carrier mobility. How can I find these two parameters from the above mentioned process?
In space charge limited conduction region you can plot current vs squire of voltage and from the slope, you can get mobility if traps are negligible. For finding excess carrier lifetime measure decay of photocurrent with time and from the slope of log of photocurrent vs time curve you can get lifetime of excess carriers. Mobility and lifetime of excess carriers both are important for solar cells.
