Thanks Mahmood. The first one is the one I was looking for. I will search for the right article now which explains the model and provides a questionlist/measurement tool
Creativity usually is described as something new, unusual, original and different. Creativity is used only in cases where there is a problem that cannot be solved in an easy (1+1=2) way, but where the problem needs a creative idea to solve it. But an idea alone is not enough; the idea generator needs to take action with a lot of passion to overcome obstacles and risks to really make it happen. The emotions Fear and Trust and Passion are as much part of creativity. We can measure creativity through Creativity Awareness Model. creativity is a complex set of parameters mutually influencing each other. Therefore it is necessary to use a complex set of measurements.

How can we measure creativity?: https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_we_measure_creativity
The answer to this question depends on your desire for creativity. Every human being has creative abilities, but few people are seeking to employ these abilities and they are trying to develop themselves and spread their creativity. Creativity is not limited to people other than others. This is a false view of things.
A person must remind himself of being creative whenever he feels desperate, The creative personality has several skills that can be summarized as follows:
- Quick sense of the problem: Creative thinking does not start from a vacuum, but is the result of a sense of a problem, and the individual to choose the appropriate alternative among several alternatives
- Flexibility: where flexibility, thinking in more than one side and coming up with new suggestions are the most important features of a creative person.
I recommend looking into Teresa Amabile's Consensual Creativity Assessment. Creativity is also culture-bound. What a group of people consider creative in one cultural context may not be considered creative in another cultural context.
First, I am going to work from this definition of “Creative”: Relating to or involving the use of the imagination or original ideas to create something. Having good imagination or original ideas.
Now how to measure that? I don't think I have ever seen a model that can handle all of the exceptions. I am not sure you can. It depends a lot on how much a person uses their brain and IQ. But that is my opinion only. idiot Savants throw just about any model you come up with out of the window.
Measure Imagination first? That might be the key.
There is no way to measure for the potential to have original ideas. There is no way to define when or where genius will strike.
And then there is observation bias. You may thing someone is an unoriginal troll and I might think of them a creative genius. So that bias has to be recognized and dealt with as well before asking your question.
