Hello Laura, I used to work only with normal temperatures (from 4 to 40 °C) but the problem could be solved with some "pig coil tube" to avoid the condensation and a specific device to reduce the temperature in the contact point of the equipmet (and reduce the condesation inside the gauge too), I give you a link of a supplier (there is a lot more, you just look for in the web).
