Hello Al,

If you are using the original images provided in .SAFE format, there is a vectorized cloud mask provided inside the folder. It should be located inside:

xxx.SAFE/GRANULE/.../QI_DATA/MSK_CLOUDS_B00.gml

If you are using data from Google Earth Engine, it is provided in the "QA60" band.

Dmitry Rashkovetsky Thank you, I was able to find the MSK_CLOUDS_B00.gml but I can't open the file in ENVI. An "unrecognized file type" error pops up. How do you recommend I open this in ENVI?

You can possibly use a GIS software such as QGIS to convert it to an ENVI-suitable format.
