I have a sequence of 150 phase contrast time lapse images. I want to zoom and make a movie keeping single cell in a video. Has anybody tried in imageJ?
I am able to make and save the video of original file and not of zoomed images. Can anybody suggest wayout?
I am not familiar with that software, but there are others you could try. There are free softwares for the generation of "animated gif" files. Their file extension is .gif. Once you convert the images into an animated gif, you can use this online tool for cropping it:

The tool will crop all the images in the stack and the result will be a zoomed in movie. The website will let you select the region you desire.

it's quite simple, once you open your sequence as a stack, you can select the rectangular region you want to "zoom in",and then select Image->crop. It will crop the area you selected, so then you can just save it as AVI and have your video.
Thanks christopher and paolo. I saw the imaje J one by cropping the sequence and it worked. I will also see free software mentioned by christopher to match both the softwares
either you can select rectangle, make RMC > duplicate > stack. it creates duplicate of selection. Later you may increase it size
