In general:

Omnet provides vector and scalar files for statistic analysis.

Example for ini file:

output-scalar-file = scalars1.sca

output-vector-file = vectors1.vec

**.*.vector-recording = true

**.*.vector-recording-intervals = 0..900 

Most models provide a wide range of information, like the INET Framework. 

But you can also add information.

Toolchains for graphs:

The Omnetpp IDE provides tools with export functions.

Also the simproctc is very powerful:

Or you create a simple "grep" script for the vector or scalar result files.
