Recentely, I have tried to make a pellet with alumina to use in a reaction in aqueous medium. But, the unti had clogged with a something like a gel.
The analysis show a high level of Aluminum in the hydroxide form. So, Does someone have an idea of an ideal binder to make the pellet?

Aiming at the densification of alumina, which may be mixed with Al(OH)3, you may possibly want to consider H3PO4 conc. (≤ 8 wt% of the aluminous material) added prior heat cure; cf.: S.J.
