Theoretically 10,000 ppm is like dilution of 10 mg indigo in 1 ml DMSO. Is it really possible to dilute?
Please consult google for an answer and not an answerer.
Note : 1 ppm = mg/l and DMSO (must be pure) has a density D (20/4) 1.100.
On other part , what a kind of indigo are you using ?
Here a data sheet (from google) :

Hi
You can increase the amount of solvent and solute to reduce the error.
For example, you may add 10*100 mg(1g) indigo to 1*100 ml DMSO to get the solution.
