How can I locate and what is the cut-off wavelength of semiconductor material?

We had a UV-Vis spectrum of different material and we noticed that one of the material have gradual drop of the absorbance after around 350 wavelength (pls. refer to attached figure) unlike others have almost constant absorbance. In this case how to locate and what is the cut-off wavelength of this material?
