i am culturing the macrophage cell in microbiology LAB.
of course this is my first time to culture the macrophage and use a DPBS & DMEM buffer.
anyway, i have checked my cell is growing well or not?
by the way, the DMEM buffer color turns yellow from pinkish red color.
so, i was observed macrophage by microscope, and identify the fact that macrophage is still adherent.
en fin, i don't know what the buffer's color means and distinguish the macrophage between living or not.
please, help me someone who have been experience.
