I am facing problems while confirming whether the journal is Sci indexed or not. Some journals of elsevier publications are having no impact factor but they are having SCImago Journal Rank. So what is the factor which decides that a journal is Sci indexed ?

SCImago Journal Rank is an Elsevier service and the SCI index is from Thomson-Reuters. There is no direct connection between the two and SCImago will include more and newly established journals not indexed in SCI index.
The list provided by Dang Nguyen Thoai in the previous answer is the correct one to tell if your journal is SCI indexed.
