I am preparing liposomes recently via the lipid thin-film hydration method. I want to change the formulation of my liposome. But I don't know if I should change the hydration temperature. Therefore, I want to know the phase transition temperature of the liposomes.
If anyone could offer me some advice, I would be very grateful.

This depends on which lipids/phospholipids you want to use and whether you use lipids and whether you expect drastically different temperatures. There are multiple sources to look for the individual the phase transition temperatures. See for example:

From your question, I gushing that possibly you used mixed lipid vesicles (lipid/lipid or lipid/other molecules) to prepare the desired lipid (if you are not using mixed lipid then you can find the Tm in Avinti polar lipid site). Mr. Rob Keller has already addressed the issues with determining the phase transition temperature with very nice references. Herein I want to mention an alternative simple fluorescence technique to determine the phase transition temperature using the membrane probe PRODAN.
