I have prepared a GO solution and i want to know its concentration but does't have the standard solution so i could do it with UV spectrum also if i dry it later on it becomes had to dessolve it . any suggestion or method how can i do it .

If your solution is homogeneous, you can try this.
You can take a small amount of solution, weight it and then dry it until all water has evaporated (( Weigh multiple times at different intervals, Weight remains constant after all water evaporates, overnight at 60deg C would be good). Note the difference in weight before and after drying. The weight after drying/ difference in weights before and after drying (it is basically the amount of water evaporated)) gives you the concentration of GO solution.
Make sure the GO is well dispersed and take a few drops of the solution and run a TGA experiment. You can hold isothermally at a temperature close to the boiling point of your solvent until it's all gone (i.e. mass remains constant). The mass lost is the solvent mass and the remaining mass is your GO.
