Premanand A. Hello! Actually I didn't find any solution. Then I switched to Windows again and installed it.

If i'm not wrong, it is an error of the interpreter. In Ubuntu you may have dash and not bash in your terminal so you have to ensure that the default interpreter is bash. Try the command

dpkg-reconfigure dash

to set bash as default interpreter of the shell.

Please let me know if it works (is important).
