I would like to insert an AC current source on my design, e.g, If I have simply a dielectric substrate backed by metal plate and on the top there is Three ports T-shape Microstrip TL. two ports of the TL are illuminated by waveguide ports and I want to illuminate the third port by an AC current source.
How can I simulate this design and get its S-paramters?

Thanks for your reply. The schematic solver or PCB Studio converts the design to a circuit model and then we can connect another external components, but how can I export the PCB design to CST microwave studio to get the s parameters ? or only we run the deign and it connects directly to CST microwave studio?
In order to simulate the design in CST just add port, then simulate the design. Not to worry if you simulation doesn't work. CST wil notify any errors if the required parameters are incomplete..
