When I use TIE constraint to tie the two concrete surfaces in my model and analyse it as static general under cyclic loading with a time period of 65s the analysis slows down at the time period of some seconds as shown in the attached figure. I have tried almost everything to fasten up the process. Should I let it run?
Otherwise what kind of a constraint should I use to tie the two surfaces because without that the analysis runs fine
increase the number of processors (limit of which is = number of the logical processor in your computer) in job/parallelization/use multiple processors.

One of the useful way to increase speed of analysis in abaqus is changing the Parallelization mode in your job. Use multiple processors and use GPGPU acceleration for increase run speed.

Thanks everyone. But my main problem was with the property defining of High Strength Concrete. Because without that the analysis runs just fine.
Can you help me out with a proper parameters for a concrete of strength >100 MPa? Or tell me what model better suites the defining of such a concrete.
You may consider the "Concrete damage plasticity model" for concrete structures under cyclic loading.
