I think the problem is not only in the power of the ultrasound waves.
As the ultrasound generator invokes harmonic waves then
P= pm sin wt where p is the pressure, Pm is the peak value of the pressure w is the angular frequency.
Assume that the speed of the pressure waves is v,
Then the wavelength lambda= v/f,
The division of the material is the matter of lambda.
You have to decrease lambda to the about double the interatomic distance.
So you have to concentrate your effort to see t5he effect of decreasing lambda oo your liquid.

Doubling power voltage to your amplifier may damage it (one should check the specs at least). What is the frequency that you use and transmitter size, capacitance? Depending on that you can find suitable amplifier e.g. something like:

I used a piezo for a medical project, an amplifier is not enough and you have to find the exact resonance of the piezo and use a larger piezo.
