I would like to know how can I include a cross over trial in a meta-analysis?
Should I include each moment of the test independently or should I include only the first part of the test, before the moment of cross over?
How to describe the number of participants? The total number of both moments?

You should calculate the mean change for phases I and II. If phase I has the expected significant results, you can only include phase I in the study. Or you can finally enter each phase of the study as an independent study.
