How can I improve resonante frequency?

I have design a dual polarized microstrip patch antenna using substrate rogers rt duroid 5880(lossy) , but S11&S22 parameters have first value at 67 instead of 0 , please suggest some steps to improve this . S12&S21 are as per expectations but problem is arising with S11&S22
