When you read papers, please pay close attention to how they are written (style, sentence structure, organization, etc.). Secondly, try to apply these in your own writing. When you write a draft, please get it reviewed and proofread by a top quality academic writer. Please ask to keep the track changes feature on. Now compare your first draft with the edited draft and see the areas you were corrected. Once you go through this process a few times, your writing quality will surely improve.

I suggest it's a combination of reading and writing. Reading well-edited prose of high quality helps to train your mind as to the rules of grammar, syntax, semantics, etc. And, it helps if you practice ... write, write, and write. Be sure to take a little time to review your work or have someone else look at your writing.

Dear Reda, write an article and have a writing style these two deferent things. You can write a standard article like everyone else but writing with style it is a gift from God. I think, to be successful, you have to collaborate with other researchers.
I think that your work has the quality but needs some English language editing. There are professional English language editors who are either independent or linked to journals. I would recommend that you send your articles to editors linked to journals. Unfortunately, they ask for a lot of money per page. You can start with one of your best articles and send them to these language editors. Meanwhile read a lot of english materials including novels newspapers and improve the language that way

Write article following some related articles of targeted journal. Send the article to the journal after 3-4 times self corrections within next 2- 3 months.
After writing a few articles, you will be fit for writing articles.
But citation of published articles depends on many factors. Open access publication, subject of research and many other factors are there. All factors are not legal.
Highest cited article is not the expression of greatest research.
Academic writing style depends on only students learning the subject increasing the knowledge of the subject & also so take a recourse of outside books , of standard author which may help to increase the knowledge .
A reading practice is certainly help the improvement in writing by increasing a vocabulary.

This comes with experience. You can develop your own style of writing or simply emulate the style of writing of a known scholar in your field. This will help you achieve a higher rate of success.

Follow and practice 4Rs of developing writing skill: Read, (W)rite, Review, Rewrite. This is a continuous spiral, a continuos journey towards further and further improvement! Read standard research articles in your domain of interest published in reputed international jourals of high quality and impact. Follow the style, how the bones, blood, brain, heart, gut and skin are organized into an integrated whole to form the healthy body of the article. Learn how each section is composed, their respective essence, demands, scope, limits, etc. No more, no less! Be very precise and concise. Get your write up reviewed by someone who is endowed with both scientific expertise and writing skill. Follow his feedback, emend the mistakes and amend your manuscript in the light of his suggestions, quesries raised and clarifications sought, leaving as little grey area as possible. Although these are ABCs (primary instructions) of scientific writings for journals, you have to strictly adhere to the selected journal's "guidelines to authors" as it varies from journal to journal. Start practicing, it will definitely pay. Work and rework, reward is waiting for you!
Search engines like google scholar find articles posted on ResearchGate. This is useful for articles published in hard to find journals.
Read scientific articles and practice writing (as already suggested). In reviewing try to pretend as if this is the first time you have seen this material. Can you figure out what you were trying to say? If you have some time try putting some text away for a week or a few months so that you actually forget what you wrote. Does it still make sense? The real goal is communication.
I would rather have boring prose that I can understand than something where I cannot figure out what was done, why it was done, or what the results were. It becomes harder when the text does not agree with the data in tables and figures.
Yes, as mentioned above, to my understanding too, make a habit of reading high quality journals-papers. And, try to understand structures of sentences they presented, features of the contents; how they organized the content, what are the issues they raised and how they support the gap/issues. We should keep those tips in our mind while preparing the manuscript. Besides, to get our paper published in high quality journal, nobel findings and suggestion on the further research direction of our research greatly matters.
