I would like to simulate a double step hydroforming process with Abaqus software. In this method, the sheet will be hydroformed during one step and then this sample will be annealed. After that, it will be hydroformed on the same die in step 2. In fact, I want to import the obtained geometry from the visualization module of step 1 (hydroforming of as-received sample) to the part module and define the annealed property of material for the property section to start the next step hydroforming process. would you please help me how can I simulate this process?

To import the model from different analysis in Abaqus you have to set up the software before the analysis as follows:
1- In step module define the restart analysis
2-Define your mesh in assembly module and not mesh the model in dependent on the parts
3- Import analysis by defining the step and output file in the edit attributes by copy and past the current model to the new model.
