I wonder if anyone can give me some advise on the matlab code to generate a mesh by solving the elliptic equation. Its some basic knowledge in the field of CFD, with which i am not quite familiar.
i am a little confused since i have no idea whether or not shall i put the calculation of the control functions (P and Q) in the loop. By LOOP i mean the iterative procedure from which the internal mesh points are obtained.

You first need to solve for Phi and Psi, which are constant along their respective eta and xi boundaries (Article Direct Control of the Grid Point Distribution in Meshes Gene...
). Their values at the interior points can be interpolated before obtaining P,Q within your 'loop'
