I agree "O-H (stretch, H-bonded) 3200-3600 strong, broad" and
"O-H (stretch, free) 3500-3700 strong, sharp".
but how to determine the hydrogen bond between two strands of DNA (i.e. between A & T and G & C) and several such hydrogen bonding between several biomolecules such as those seen between few proteins, proteins with polysaccharides, proteins with lipids etc. besides the strong bods seen between O & H in OH or C & H in CH3 or N & H in NH or NH2 etc., through simple analytical methods?
