The disc incubation method will be able to isolate the endophytic fungi on PDA media. protocol will follow some following basic steps.

Sampling of the interested sample tissue .

Disc preparation.

Surface sterilization bu sodium hypo-chloride or HgCl2.

Disc placement on the suitable media.

Incubation for growth to colony appearance.
