How can I get the TwinRotMat for doing the proper twin refinement to solve the crystal structure. It has very high flack parameter around 0.45. And its a orthorhombic system. I tried to get the matrix using platon software but while runing the platon, it shows some error.

you can use Twinrotmat plugin incorporated in WinGX suite under the tab Data>twinning tools. for simple case it will work, however for complicated twinning you need to separate the domains using Rlat or cellnow and index together following scale via twinabs. hope it helps
