Dear Kamlesh Paswan I just checked the general internet for "H. Kurafuji, and Ko Suda, "Study on Electrical Discharge Machining. I." Journal of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo (B), Vol. XXVIII, No. 1, 1965." and got the pdf of this paper. Please see attached.
Obviously, the paper is written in Japanese, the abstract may be in English. H. Kurafuji's papers are published in the 1960, a library could have or loan a paper version from the journal.
