Convert the results into vector dataset and change the projection to UTM. From attribute table, generate area and perimeter.

I believe that Moh. Dede solution is simplest. In raster format you can verify the number of pixels in each category, but I think that you can not calculate de perimeter automaticaly for a concrete sector.
