Richard, when trying to go beyond 10 years with SEC forms, I found out that most SEC reports are removed when they are over 10 years old. For instance, the SEC authorizes firms to remove DRPs after 10 years as well. https://www.sec.gov/divisions/investment/iard/iardfaq.shtml

Richard, In order to do so you will have to file a petition with the SEC. Like Omar mentioned, most reported forms are removed after 10 years old, and even sooner in some cases.
