Alternatively you may wish to join any of the 'scholarship' groups on LinkedIn where these opportunities are frequently circulated. Best wishes!
Now a days finding a schlarship in South Korea is easier than other countries.. try to find institutes or professor working in your field. You can search through journals for professor and addresses on your topic
Chinese Scholarships either sponsored by China Scholarship Council, Confucius institute or Chinese Universities are trending these days. Chinese Universities recently shown massive progress in publications and the rankings of Chinese Universities has been increased drastically. So i will recommend an applicant to also consider applying for Chinese Scholarships.
