Hello. I'm studying PTFE tubular reactor that synthesizes conjugated polymer, pharmacies, etc.

My synthesis method is the reaction Cl of POCl3 and OH of another material.

That makes lots of HCl, and it wasn't a problem in batch reaction.

But in flow tubular reactor, there's no space for HCl to escape.

I tried to use Triethylamine but it was not good.

How can i solve this problem?

The reaction has two solution phase. One is organic phase, chloroform solvent, and the other is aqueous phase, H2O solvent.
