I have rs IDs of a series of SNPs. Now I want to retrieve the position-change format (eg.7764G/A) from an rs-ID (for eg. rs1927911). SNP series include both coding as well as noncoding region SNPs.
Can you suggest a database where the exact position-change format can be retrieved?
Please provide the weblink, steps or algorithm.

and other information (such as alleles) with the VCF format:
