I am attempting to retrieve papers that were published in 1990's, 1980's, but I can´t find the full text on Pubmed or SciHub or Periodicos capes... Does anybody have an suggestion about how to get these full texts (pdf)?
The majority of publications of the past has not yet been digitized. The only possibility is to get a copy from a library or from a privat person or to use professional document supply services. Perhaps a user of ResearchGate has got these Proceedings and is willing to make a scan. The way with better chances for success is to approach your library and to ask about the possibilities of inter-library loans or of document supply.
Miki Taketomi Saito re: How can I get papers form 80´s 90´s ? Try Google search for a .pdf of the document with the title in quotes with a file extension: {"title" .pdf} There are many many documents buried deep in internet sites. If you find the document then you can often backstep through the url to document the source. Also look on GoogleScholar for multiple versions of the exact document, some are identified as having pdf sources.
Before digital paper, in Brazil, we use to ask by COMUT. This site explain the process... unfortunately, I found it only in Portuguese! https://www.gov.br/ibict/pt-br/assuntos/informacao-para-a-pesquisa/programa-de-comutacao-bibliografica-comut
